The Marketing Automation Specialist will work as part of our Global Marketing Operations team. You’ll be responsible for best practice creation, design, development and optimisation of the buyer journey using the marketing automation platform Eloqua. This is a varied role not only in terms of the campaigns you’ll be building (across e­mail, landing pages, forms and automated campaigns) but also managing e­mail production, test design, quality, and reporting. Your key stakeholders will be Campaign Managers who you’ll work with to understand their needs and use your expertise in order to advise on the best solution for them. Whether it be agency or in-house, we’re open to background but we’re seeking candidates who are highly organised, really enjoy building digital assets and are used to managing a range of stakeholders within a busy environment. Location - This role is hybrid, 3 days per week out of our Atlanta Office. Key Responsibilities: You will implement A/B testing strategies, personalized content, and dynamic messaging to enhance campaign performance and customer engagement. The role involves managing both one-off and always-on triggered campaigns with complex workflows, optimizing lead flow between Eloqua and Salesforce, and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and data privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA. Additionally, you will create and update campaign pages in Sitecore, integrate gated content forms, and manage webinars using GoToWebinar. By monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, you will provide actionable insights and best practices to stakeholders. You will also empower digital marketers in executing campaigns, events, paid media, and social activities while acting as a domain expert, offering guidance on data strategy, segmentation, and technical campaign setup. Minimum Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing Automation with advanced email marketing expertise. • Strong understanding of HTML and CSS • Solid comprehension of data systems, flow, and management, with strong analytical and data-driven marketing skills. • Experience using Eloqua, Sitecore, ON24, Salesforce or similar tools Perks?
