Marketing Automation Specialist
What We Need: As the Marketing Automation Specialist, you will execute campaign creation, marketing automation and customer segmentation to drive increased sales pipeline. You will leverage your experience in marketing automation platforms to design and implement automated workflows, identify in-market accounts and create customer segmentation that can be used across channels. Your primary goal will be focused on increasing pipeline through lead identification and conversion. What You'll Be Doing: + Marketing Automation : Design and execute marketing automation processes to improve sales effectiveness + Account-Based Marketing (ABM) : Lead the execution of ABM strategies, including identifying in-market target accounts and coordinating across teams to drive action on those accounts + CRM/CDP : Leverage data across multiple data sources for better targeting and personalization + Selection : Use your expertise in MarTech to select groups of customers across marketing automation and customer data platforms + Segmentation : Deeply understand Brady’s customer segments, personas and buying journey’s to create actionable audiences we can trigger personalized messages for + Testing and Automation : Continuously test and optimize processes to improve ROI + Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, demand generation, ecommerce and more to ensure alignment and execution of ABM initiatives + Sales Tools : Turn data into actionable tools that can be used by the sales team to grow pipeline, increase velocity and cross sell + Data Management : Ensure data integrity and cleanliness of lead flow to ensure accurate reporting and easy integration across data sources What You Will Need To Be Successful: + Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business field (marketing, communications, business administration, economics, etc.) or a technical field (computer science, information systems, statistics, etc.) + 2+ years in marketing automation, email, CRM or related analytics function + Experience managing projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment + Prior experience working with marketing automation systems (e.g. Eloqua, Pardot, etc.) + Experience with Salesforce a plus + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills + Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results About Us: Who we are:Brady makes products that make the world a safer and more productive place.
