Marketing Automation Specialist

**Job Description:**
The Marketing Automation Specialist – Staff at Select Health is tasked with executing outreach and engagement campaigns in all parts of the lifecycle for multiple consumer audiences and stakeholder groups through Select Health’s automation platform. This role is responsible for using enterprise level marketing operations systems, understanding and sharing engagement and conversion metrics, and advising internal stakeholders on how to maximize the impact of their communications.
**Essential Functions**
+ Builds and deploys outreach campaigns across all digital channels (email, push, sms, etc.)
+ Strategically advises internal stakeholders on best practices to maximize the impact of communications
+ Identifies and reports on communication engagement metrics, with a descriptive and prescriptive lens
+ Communicates internally in a clear and timely manner, to minimize friction in project management
+ Understands the member journey and how to minimize pain points for consumers through better communication

**Qualifications**
+ Multiple years of experience with customer engagement and/or automation platforms
+ Proven experience with email marketing and best practices to maximize deliverability and ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM
+ General knowledge of behavioral design and performance marketing copywriting
+ Certifications/training on Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus
+ Experience/understanding of relational databases and SQL
+ Documented experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

+ Frequent interactions with providers, colleagues, customers, patients/clients, and visitors that require employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, needs, and issues quickly and accurately.
+ Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate equipment with precision and accuracy. This includes frequent computer use for typing, accessing needed information, etc.
