Department Description:


Content Strategy and Management is part of a larger in-house Marketing creative team, Brand Stewardship, Creative, and Content (BSCC), directly supporting our marketing partners in translating business needs into experience-based strategies that produce relevant, audience-focused content. 
•    Providing strategic expertise to shape multi-audience, multi-channel content plans that respond to the ever-changing marketing and digital experience landscape and increase engagement, differentiate our brand, and drive efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing budget. 
•    Providing user experience support to inform digital experience design and optimization, efficient template design, and as well as establishing and monitoring digital KPIs.
•    Collaborate with partners for more efficient, effective, responsive, and personalized brand interactions. Including establishing standards and processes for content management, performance-based measurement, and reuse.


Intern Project(s):


This position will be primarily focused on assisting in an enterprise goal to develop a perspective and multi-year plan to align and optimize our end-to-end content management systems – which will result in more efficient and effective marketing strategies to elevate our brand presence. This will be cross-functional work, allowing the intern to collaborate with partners in Marketing, Sales Solutions, Digital Technologies, and National Communications. 
Specific projects may include work like:
•    Providing discovery and analysis of current internal content management systems, processes, and tools – as well as audits of content KP creates and owns. 
•    Conducting research and documenting industry best practices to help establish standards to ensure branded content is relevant and effective.
•    Conducting research and documenting learnings on AI/automation within the digital content management ecosystem.
•    Creating clear, compelling storytelling presentations to communicate goal progress to executive leadership and build alignment and support across teams.
•    Actively contributing to team accountabilities to ensure work remains organized and meets deadlines.

Pursuing a bachelors degree or have graduated from an accredited university within the last year.High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required. License, Certification, Registration N/A Additional Requirements:
Aptitude to perform data and process analytics and formulating solutionsWorking knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications:
3.0 GPA or above.Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to build effective working relationships as well as strong interpersonal skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to learn quickly and experience producing high quality work in short periods of time.
