The Marketing Brand Manager supporting community leaders will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that enhance IU Health’s visibility, community engagement, and reputation within community leaders and influencers. This role will lead the evolution and implementation of the OneMeasure name, ensuring that messaging aligns with customer needs and IU Health’s broader strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management, content creation, social media, community engagement, and promotional campaign execution with an emphasis on grassroots marketing, influencer partnerships, and digital outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy & Implementation
Develop and execute comprehensive brand plans that integrate both communications and marketing efforts. Lead the evolution of OneMeasure and oversee the implementation of a new communications and marketing plan. Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and positioning across all audience touchpoints. Strong collaboration with system communications and PR team, as well as the new advisor for executive communications.2. Messaging & Content Development
Create community-centric messaging that resonates with target audiences. Audit, catalog, and repurpose existing brand assets in collaboration with regional teams and media partners. Develop new marketing assets, including testimonials, digital content, and promotional materials as needed.3. Community Engagement & Advocacy
Support grassroots initiatives in partnership with Government Affairs team, including event planning, presentation development, and local outreach. Collaborate with local influencers/organizations and communication teams to amplify IU Health’s community initiatives and build grassroots support.4. Promotional Campaigns & Social Media
Develop and launch social media campaigns that position IU Health as a corporate citizen leader committed to improving health outcomes in Indiana, specifically around the areas of public equitable health, community health, and other important topics for the audiences. Utilize influencer marketing and "person of influence" strategies to maximize reach and engagement. Lead the strategy and execution of the OneMeasure Newsletter, working closely with the system communications and PR team.5. Monitoring & Customer Insights
Develop and implement feedback mechanisms (surveys, focus groups, etc.) to understand community perceptions and engagement. Track event participation and sentiment, refining strategies based on insights. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure campaign success and community impact.Our ideal candidate would have:

Bachelors Degree Required. Masters Preferred5-7 years of relevant experience. Degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, Journalism, or healthcare-related field preferredExperience in healthcare related industry preferredExperience with matrix organization and complex work environmentExperience exhibiting professional judgment and diplomacy in handling unexpected problems and frequent interruptions.
