Marketing Business Analyst Senior

 

We are currently looking for dynamic, motivated and results-driven professionals to join our Marketing team as Business Analyst Senior, located at our French headquarters in Paris (14th).

The Marketing team plays a critical role in driving overall Country’s strategy and performance, developing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance our brand presence, manage media channels effectively, optimize customer experiences, and maintain customer relationship-focused strategies along the whole lifecycle.

In particular, the Martketing Business Analyst Senior has a key role in planning, forecasting, monitoring and steering marketing performance - including gathering, analysing & using data to assess business trends, defining and evaluating strategic initiatives, reporting & communicating key insights and recommendations at executive level - in order to drive the best decision-making and ultimately improve the overall Country’s performance. 

 Main responsibilities:

Analyses marketing performance data, including marketing funnel metrics, sales funnel impacts, customer and sales feedback and operational KPIs Uses complex data sets and develops models to forecast and controls all main marketing funnel events and customer/channel mix  Creates and maintains reporting tools and dashboards that provide key performance indicators to marketing managers and leadership Conducts ongoing and ad-hoc analyses that enable deeper understanding of customer segments, marketing campaigns, business trends and channel performance, and extracts actionable insights Reviews and assesses cross-channels marketing investments and ROI, and supports business steering via optimal revenue management and investments allocation decisions Creates and implements effective reporting & presentations for executive and leadership team, overall and on specific strategic initiatives Provides analytics and key insights to the marketing teams to support business revenues growth adding all KPIs details to better understand root causes and influence marketing decisions Works ongoing with all marketing teams to have a comprehensive view of marketing & business performance and projects, and proactively suggests or defines improvement actions  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including BI, Retail excellence, sales, finance, to gather, analyse and share data and insights for 360-degree analysis and improve overall performance Requires/develops operational BI, adding all details to the existing dashboards in order to complete the overall business understanding

 

What do you bring?

Master’s degree in management, business administration, mathematics, statistics, analytics, or related field.  Strong ability in identifying problems, analysing root causes, present findings and recommendations effectively. Proven experience in data analysis, visualization, reporting, interpretation and extraction of key insights. Required knowledge of data analysis tools, preferably BI platforms, or SQL Capability to transmit core messages and insights via effective reports and presentations. Knowledge of marketing mix landscape, functioning and dynamics of key channels and investments allocation, core KPIs. Knowledge of P&L key drivers (revenues and costs drivers). Understanding of retail environment (direct experience is a plus). Fluent French and English are mandatory. Performance and goal-orientation, strong accountability on results.  Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships. Ability to influence, work and negotiate with internal and external partners and key stakeholders. Strategic vision and business acumen.
