Analyzing market trends and conducting in depth market research studies
Increasing brand awareness and market share.
Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns, organizing trade shows and major industry-related events to generate new business leads.
Designing, implementing, and managing our showrooms
Developing and managing the department's budget and managing the department's staff.
Keeping informed, evaluating, and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies and trends.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives, especially for the launch of new products, in close cooperation with sales and product development departments.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Act as trusted advisor to the commercial teams and management by providing sales coaching and insights
Drive continuous development of the CRM system in close coordination with the commercial managers
Develop and maintain governance for use of the CRM system and ensure alignment with other relevant commercial processes
Drive continuous improvement of sales and bid process, sales capabilities and tools and supporting systems
Boost sales productivity by refining customer segmentation, simplifying the sales process and identifying pain points at every stage of the sales funnel.
Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to define lead qualification process and analyze campaign performance.
Form strong relationships and maintain regular contact with Sales Managers, Sales Representatives and Sales Leaders.
Collaborate with Finance, HR, Product management and Sales to develop sales initiatives programs.
Researching organizations / individuals to find new opportunities and potential acquisition candidates
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field or the equivalent in work experience
Min 10 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or related field, with min 5 years as manager
Strong communication skills and IT fluency
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong time management and organizational abilities
Be proactive and able to get things done in a timely manner
Strong understanding of high-level strategic direction and sales goals
Proven excellence in multi-tasking, prioritizing projects and meeting deadlines and goals
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint and basic designing knowledge
