The Marketing Business Execution VP is responsible for providing complete operational support to the Head of Marketing Transformation & Delivery (MTD) and MTD leadership team to enable successful achievement of daily operating agenda as well as delivery on the strategic pillars and roadmap. The ideal candidate will be able to produce executive level reporting deliverables including highlights dashboards, campaign execution metrics, capacity and prioritization updates, monthly operating report decks, organization wide newsletter inputs, travel and expense line budget updates, headcount, and organization health assessments among other ad hoc projects for MTD leadership. The role requires a comprehensive understanding and interest across multiple areas of Marketing Delivery, MarTech and Transformation. Ability to apply understanding and drive in-depth analysis of business impact of technical contributions is critical. Marketing Business Execution VP will be accountable to support across a full range of capabilities and initiatives for one or more businesses/geographic regions. Role requires both superb verbal and written communication skills to articulate and prepare deliverables for multiple levels of leadership across the enterprise. The role will include oversight and support of headcount management, organization budget, strategic planning, and vendor relations. **Responsibilities:** + Planning and execution of weekly, biweekly, monthly, as well as ad hoc strategic MTD and MFD deliverables due to multiple levels of leadership. + Support comprehensive analysis of operating efficiency and aid in developing capabilities and approaches that enable the organization to manage the total cost of functioning. + Assist in identifying and implementing streamline processes across Marketing, including attaining stakeholder buy-in, securing resource and budget, and keeping teams accountable through timeline management and KPI/Milestone oversight. + Support leadership to align strategies and priorities across the organization. + Facilitate and execute a centralized communication strategy and interaction model across all internal MTD teams, through ongoing routines and cadences. **Qualifications:** + 6-10 years of experience in Marketing and retail bank/financial services industry experience. + Requires attention to detail, advanced project management skills, good communication and problem-solving skills. + Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at once. + Creative problem solving and sense of ownership. + Solid communication, presentation and project management skills. + Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. **Desired Qualifications:** + Experience in financial services, marketing, or advertising – experience in an organizational operations/business management/business execution role, interfacing directly with leadership and senior stakeholders preferred. + Knowledge of marketing, technology, analytics, risk, operations, legal and compliance. + Requires understanding of the business and how best to optimize the use of internal and external resources as well as cross-functional teams. + Ability to work across multiple projects at once without any detriment to delivery or quality. + Exceptional PowerPoint and Excel skills. + Exceptional interpersonal skills and public speaking skills. **Education:** + Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
