Office Culture: We call it “flexible remote.” Translation: This team has required onsite days 1-2 days per month, but outside of that we’re not requiring staff to come into the office a prescribed number of days or a percentage of time each week. Working closely with managers, employees may work virtually, work onsite following our safety protocols, or a blend of the two. Industry: Enterprise, non-profit charity. Responsibilities + Step into the world of Private Segment & Product Marketing (PSPM) to increase our effectiveness and efficiency as a group by helping to improve processes that are broken, create procedures that are needed, and implement changes to the way work is done. + Partner alongside PSPM Leaders to improve the working culture for teams and staff – increasing the joy of work experienced by more than 50 employees. + Work within a team of operational & project pros to develop new streamlined ways of working that meet the objectives of many stakeholders, communicating in artful and fun ways the changes imagined. + Support the implementation of new product experiences across complex multi-departmental and multi-organizational initiatives involving field operations, product operations, digital technology, and marketing experiences. + Manage VP’s calendar to ensure alignment to strategic areas of focus, supporting the readiness of work activities so that the most efficient use of time – the ultimate constrained resource – is thoughtful. The Team As a Business Operations Manager, you report to the Senior Director of Marketing Operations & Strategic Technology (https://www.linkedin.com/in/tamalynramsey/) and serve on a highly motivated matrixed team of individuals focused on delivering great experiences to donors. You will be directly part of a small but mighty team that partners across the larger Marketing, Fundraising, Creative, and Operational teams. You get to be a true cross-divisional player, growing in your skills to influence others, manage work, and communicate change. Requirements + Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting or related field or 8 years of equivalent work experience. + In addition, this role requires 4 years of work experience requiring leadership, communication, negotiation, and administration skills. Discretion and confidentiality required. + Keep Christ central in individual and corporate life. Actively participate in and contribute to the spiritual disciplines of the organization (Christian conduct, chapel, prayer, worship, devotions, and leadership of devotions); incorporate World Vison Core Values into decisions within scope of role. + Must be currently authorized to work in the United States. Skills + Interest in learning & adapting to new ways of working. + Strong presentation and writing skills to communicate change. + A mindset for processes that are thoughtful and efficient. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. + Experience working with senior leadership. + Experience in marketing or working with marketing teams is highly desired. Salary Range & Benefits   Your compensation and benefits are important to you so they’re important to us. The full salary range for this role is $69,355.72 - $108,024.63 . The typical hiring range is $75,000 - $91,000 . Job offers within the range are based on relevant job qualifications and pay equity.
