You'll be responsible for
Scope requirements with stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities and desired outcomes. Analyse and translate marketing requirements into campaign build specifications. Undertake data extraction and preparation for pre campaign analysis and design. Build and execute marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign. Develop analysis and reports to monitor campaign effectiveness. Liaise with technical and non technical stakeholders to drive business KPI and strategies. Represent the team as the subject matter expert on campaign delivery and data analysis projects and initiatives.
About you
Demonstrated commercial acumen and client focused approach in analytics and insights. Significant Campaign Management experience, ideally in the Financial Service or Insurance industries. Considerable experience in end to end campaign process; from pre-analysis, planning, development, execution and post analysis. Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign, or similar marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Acoustics or Braze. Experience with Adobe product suites such as Adobe Campaign Classic, Journey Optimiser, or Adobe Experience Platform is desirable. Experience with organisational databases and proficiency in SQL. Proven ability to create marketing reports to deliver insights into campaign performance. Proficient in skills such as data extraction, campaign design, execution and performance analysis. Strong interpersonal skills, time management, attention to detail and ability to work autonomously as part of the team.What's on offer
