Position Summary:
VP of Marketingat Perforce issearchingfor a Marketing Campaign Manager to join the team. We are looking for a marketer with strong attention to detail, great communication skills, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach to success. This role will be responsible forregularly identifying growth opportunities, testing and experimenting with channels and approaches, tracking/reporting results, and optimizing for lead generation and conversion. We are looking for someone with a demonstrated history of success to drive growth for one of our fastest-growing product lines, the Delphix data platform. Enterprises around the world choose the Delphix DevOps Data Platform for integrated data masking and virtualization to rapidly deploy compliant data into environments across clouds. , including BNP Paribas, Choice Hotels International, Worldpay, Michelin, Molina Healthcare, and Fannie Mae, use Delphix to accelerate innovation without compromising safety. Responsibilities: Collaborate with Field Marketing, Paid Digital, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, and Marketing Technology (Marketing Ops, Web) teams, along with cross-functional partners, on campaign planning, program development, and implementation. Plan, manage, and lead execution on demand and lead generation programs, including ABM campaigns, webinars, content syndication, and email / nurture programs. Collaborate with sales development (SDR/BDR/ADR) teams, including aligning outreach with marketing programs and evaluating program performance / lead quality. Evaluate program effectiveness based on KPIs (from leads generated to sales pipeline) and optimize tactics/campaigns in partnership with the cross-functional marketing team to drive continuous results. Partner with Field Marketing to ensure digital programs align with global go-to-market strategy. Deliver regular (e.g., quarterly) reporting on program results to the Marketing team. Align programs with audience segments and campaign messaging for greater impact. Maintain program calendars to ensure seamless collaboration. Manage digital program budget, balancing investments across customer, partner, and demand generation activities, and monitoring/evaluating program ROI. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or other related fields. 5+ years of progressive and applicable marketing experience. Strong competency in marketing technology, digital marketing trends, and best practices. Experience with Account-Based Marketing a plus. Software or Technology industry experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Come work with us!
