Marketing Campaign Manager - Mexico

We are seeking a seasoned Campaign Operations Manager to elevate our marketing operations function. This role will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, streamlining processes, and maximizing the impact of our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and a passion for delivering results.

In this role you will:

Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of campaigns, ensuring smooth execution of initiatives. Play a key role in managing and optimizing core marketing technology platforms, including Marketo and 6sense. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of marketing processes and procedures. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Special focus on analyzing immediate results of campaigns and partnering with marketers on improvement plans. Project Management: Manage complex marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets. Collaborate with stakeholders in Field Marketing, Content, and Events to understand their needs and provide effective solutions. Utilize strong project management skills to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and mitigate risks. Data and Analytics: Leverage data and analytics to gain insights into marketing performance and customer behavior. Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize marketing campaigns and improve ROI. Work closely with the data and analytics team to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Strategic Viewpoint: Identify opportunities to optimize marketing processes and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative marketing programs. Assist in shaping vision of marketing operations, aligning with broader business objectives.

 You’ve got what it takes if you’ve got:

Fluency in English 4+ years of experience in marketing operations with a proven track record of success. Strong proficiency in marketing automation platforms and customer relationship management platforms (Salesforce and Marketo preferred, certifications a plus). Experience with ABX platforms (6sense preferred). Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Open communication and ability to share strategic insights early and often. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A passion for marketing technology and innovation.
