We are seeking a **Marketing Campaign Senior Specialist** to join our multifaceted global marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will build and implement measurable marketing programs that align with our business objectives and drive campaign outcomes.

This is a limited position for 24 months.
This job is based in **Cluj-Napoca, Romania.**
We provide a flexible working schedule with the option of **working hybrid** .
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Collaborate with the Business Partner team to align annual business objectives and marketing programs.
+ Design and deploy data-driven coordinated campaign strategies across various channels.
+ Lead all aspects of campaign development, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
+ Handle campaign budgets and explore innovative digital tools.
+ Lead internal teams and agency partners in delivering campaign elements.
+ Work with social media and marketing automation teams to improve engagement and customer journeys.
+ Guide content creation for campaign assets aligned with buyer personas.
+ Align with Sales teams on campaign activities and establish lead management SLAs.
+ Regularly assess and report on campaign performance, making data-driven optimization recommendations.
**For This Role You Will Need:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/related field or equivalent experience.
+ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B Marketing.
+ Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketing Cloud, Eloqua).
+ Diligent in project management, collaborator communications and project execution.
+ Shown project management experience.
+ Ability to connect with multiple parties efficiently to facilitate campaign-related decisions and drive projects through execution.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
**Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:**
+ Experience working in a matrix structure.
+ Any other European language.
+ Project Management certification(s).
