The Sparklight® Business Marketing team is searching for a results-driven Marketing Campaign Specialist to help manage the lifecycle of our direct response campaigns, which target small businesses across our service territory. To find success on our team, you must be a strategic marketer with a passion for data and analytics, strong project management skills, experience working in cross-functional teams, and extensive knowledge of digital and traditional marketing channels.
In this role, you will help support the end-to-end implementation and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns. Your average week will include participating in multiple meetings with stakeholders and partners to manage ongoing projects, reviewing and routing assets for approvals, helping to troubleshoot issues, and updating performance dashboards.
Position will be located in Phoenix, AZ or in an existing Cable One location.
What you will do to contribute to the company's success
Manage the execution of multi-channel quarterly acquisition campaignsCollaborate with internal teams, including Customer Service, Finance, Operations, and Sales, to coordinate the implementation of marketing offers and promotions.Partner with external agencies to develop assets to use in channels that include the website, email, direct mail, and paid media (e.g., Meta, Paid Search, Display, etc.).Help develop and proof quarterly offer and Direct Mail matrices, ensuring that the print vendor and digital agencies are presenting the appropriate offer and price points in acquisition materialsUpdate reports and dashboards that help track the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives.Contribute creative ideas and data-driven recommendations to improve campaigns.Assist in the optimization of in-market campaigns through A/B testing, segmentation, and other best practices.Actively update weekly/monthly reports that track progress toward achieving individual, team, and corporate goals.Stay on top of marketing best practices to execute the best and most forward-thinking lead-generating campaigns.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field is required; experience can substitute for education.Minimum experience of two years or more in marketing campaign management that includes a mixture of digital and traditional channels.Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to problem-solving.Ability to collaborate by strengthening alliances with other departments to create opportunities internally and externally.Experience managing external agency partners through the development of marketing materials.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create compelling marketing content.Experience working with Direct Mail and Digital channelsBonus Experience or Skills
Strong Microsoft Excel skillsExperience with marketing and automation tools that could include: Invoca, Looker Studio, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot), Power BI, or Salesforce CRM.Experience in telecommunications or any regulated industry.Experience in B2B marketing.
