You will be an integral part of the EMEA Life Sciences marketing team. Your main responsibility will be collaborating with our market development teams to deliver tactical marketing activities as part of strategic marketing campaigns. By participating in discussions about customer journeys, creative development, messaging, brand compliance, production processes, and channel selection, you will help deliver key marketing projects and campaigns in the EMEA region. Your role will involve measuring campaign effectiveness and return on investment to ensure maximum impact.

Responsibilities:Be the marketing operations partner for assigned projects, working closely with Regional Market Development ManagersDeliver high-quality service to internal customers in a timely mannerContribute to campaign planning discussions and support project plans, timelines, content, and formatsLead and coordinate the delivery of marketing projects in the EMEA region, engaging with internal and external partnersCollaborate with the RMDs and Data Management to identify the most suitable target market for campaigns/projectsEnsure brand and legal compliance in all campaigns, communicating guidelines and requirements to othersWrite clear, concise briefs, manage external vendors, and ensure best value for assigned projectsCoordinate the procurement of 3rd party media, print, promotional giveaways, and translationsImplement tracking for all promotions and activities to measure marketing project performanceProvide regular updates to internal clients and keep them informed of campaign statusWork on various ad-hoc projects as requiredRequirements:Skilled in effectively strategizing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channelsAble to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCapable of using data to measure campaign performance and make recommendations for improvementProactive, collaborative, and able to work independently and meet deadlinesSkilled in shaping campaign messaging and producing content for diverse customer groupsSkilled in effectively managing relationships and comprehending goals to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent professional experience, highlighting a strong understanding of marketing principles and practicesStrong attention to detail and creative eyeExperience in similar marketing roles

As this position covers the EMEA region, strong communication skills and the ability to work with people from various cultures are essential.
