Marketing Clinical Liaison
**Pediatric Partners** , a part of the Sevita family, provides comprehensive in-home and clinic-based therapeutic services for infants, children, and young adults. Our teams of compassionate pediatric experts help children with medically complex, developmental, behavioral, educational, or other needs learn the skills they need to thrive. We offer physical, occupational, speech-language and feeding therapy; augmentative and alternative communication; mental health counseling, applied behavior analysis, and early intervention services. **Marketing Clinical Liaison – Pediatric Healthcare** Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families? We are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven professional to join our team and help connect children with the rehabilitation services they need. This is a unique opportunity to combine clinical knowledge, sales expertise, and a love of networking in a role that offers both autonomy and teamwork. Compensation is negotiable and will be determined based on factors such as experience, years of licensure, and relevant skills. **What You'll Do:** + Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and payors. + Represent our pediatric rehabilitation programs in the community and at conferences/events. + Conduct clinical screenings to determine eligibility for our services and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. + Work closely with the Admissions and Clinical Teams to support a smooth intake process. + Maintain accurate records of all referral and outreach activities in our systems. + Identify regional market needs and provide feedback to help guide program development. + Consistently meet or exceed individual and team admissions targets. + Travel within the region (and occasionally nationwide) to visit referral sources and perform screenings. **What We're Looking For:** + Bachelor’s degree required (Rehabilitation, Human Services, or a related field preferred) + **2+ years of experience in rehabilitation, therapeutic services, or healthcare sales** + **Experience in pediatric healthcare sales is highly preferred** + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + A natural relationship builder who enjoys networking and forming new connections + Comfortable working independently while being an active team collaborator + Adaptable, organized, and goal-oriented + Experience with Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) or Local Management Entities (LMEs) is a plus + Project management experience is a bonus **Additional Information:** + Travel required: Regional (frequent), with occasional national travel + Work environment: Field-based with light physical demands **Why Join Us?** You’ll be part of a mission-driven team committed to improving the lives of children and their families.
