Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role you will be accountable for developing and implementing global divisional Marketing Communications plans and activities to support the division strategy and the different states of the buying funnel – awareness, consideration, intent to purchase. You will drive effective internal and external communication initiatives and activities through applicable communications channels with outside-in approach, aligned messaging, storyline, content and purposed target audiences to gain internal advocacy and market awareness for complete offerings and value propositions.Preferred candidate is located in EU time zoneYour responsibilities:- Accountable for leading, developing and executing Marketing Communications strategies and action plans for Distribution Solutions to support the division growth ambitions and strategy. Plan and manage the content for different states of the buying funnel – awareness, consideration, intent to purchase. - Leads the external customer communications editorial calendar, content and storyline through all communication channels to establish coherent internal and external messaging and customer engagement along the buying funnel. Creation of materials can include, but are not limited to internal articles, external customer success stories, case studies, customer presentations, scripts, podcasts, market collateral, etc. - Ensures positioning and impact of the divisions related content in global and local internal and external communications channels in support of the division strategy. Monitor global trends to identify opportunities for the content within the company as well as in external channels. - Develops relevant KPIs to track and improve communications effectiveness across various media and channels. Maintain effective measurement and monitoring workflow for their area of scope. - Ensures effective cascade across the organization through vertical and horizontal collaboration as well as internal and external audiences. Work closely with business representatives, marketing and sales to ensure content alignment and feasibility of the concepts and programs at business level.- Manages a team of global resources as well as local resources to ensure a cohesive messaging across the markets. Ensures our local markets have the content required to effectively implement the program in their region/country on a timely basis.
Qualifications for the rolePreferably Master’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing or related fieldSolid experience in communications or marketing communications in B2B environment. Marketing automation experience is a must Self-motivated with strong capability for independent direction and decision-making, effective networkerProven performance in developing and delivering Marcoms communications plans in a multinational environmentExcellent writing English skills – clear ability to write with a short briefing in a couple of hours. A writing exercise will be part of the recruitment processStrategic thinking and planning – able to manage several projects in parallelAbility to engage and work with a range of senior business leaders and stakeholdersSignificant experience in cross-functional, international collaboration, with demonstrated intercultural sensitivityCreative and think- out of the box mentalityExperience and analytical competence with communication metrics, measurement and KPIsOpen-minded, autonomous and ready to explore new things and challenges every day with ability to express technically complex content in easy-to-understand way, excellent collaboration skills
