Marketing & Communication Coordinator

Job Description

Chubb is seeking a proactive Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support our efforts in Spain and Portugal. In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting marketing and communications initiatives to drive business goals.

Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager Iberia and in constant collaboration with colleagues across the EMEA region and the US, this is a diverse MarComms role at a world leader in insurance with responsibilities ranging from Internal Communications (including newsletters, articles, organizing events and driving engagement), External Communications (including social media, employee advocacy, press), Digital (website, campaigns, emails), Events (hospitalities, conferences, webinars…) and marketing materials and merchandising. The ideal candidate will display determination for achieving results and be excited about working in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Internal comms: drive engagement, prepare newsletters, write articles, organise internal events Organisation and planning of external events Writing external communications Social media Competitor studies Creating and updating marketing materials (factsheets, brochures, videos, presentations) Work with internal and external stakeholders to launch marketing campaigns Updating websites Coordinate Merchandise
 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will already have gained some experience in a marketing and communications role but you are still learning and now looking to take on more responsibility, while continuing to hone your skills in marcomms.

You are proactively curious about our business and you are keen to learn about the products and services that we provide and how we best can support our business stakeholders to be successful.
 

The role will require that you 
 

Degree and proven solid experience in Marketing and Communications (mandatory requirement)Native Spanish speaker and C1 in English (mandatory requirement)Demonstrable experience in digital marketing: website management, email campaigns, and social media Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), proficiency with design tools (InDesign, Canva) would be a significant bonusStrong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExceptional verbal and written communication skillsProactive problem solver with an entrepreneurial mindsetCollaborative team player with professionalism to build strong relationshipsDetail-oriented with strong analytical abilitiesEnthusiastic about continuous learning and developmentAdheres to processes and deadlines in a global matrix environment
