Role purpose

Oversee ATL (above-the-line ) campaign including both traditional and digital communication and contribute to Growth Initiatives by leading the process from the development to implementation of WHAT (offer), WHO (target groups) and HOW (messages, touchpoints)Lead ATL campaign development and execution to help organization meets annual sales and market share objectivesLead digital CRM/Loyalty program and co-work with customer insight team to enlarge data-base, enrich insights, and turn them into applicable commercial strategy.Lead all material development process/execution regarding above-the-line marketing communication territory.Lead media plan investment strategy, execution, and evaluation.

Requirements
