Hamilton is seeking a Marketing Communication Specialist to join our team of 6 for a 6-month contract (with the potential for extension). Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager, this role will be essential in supporting our marketing and sales teams by managing campaigns and coordinating content focusing on lead generation and nurturing. This is a great opportunity to gain insight into life sciences marketing and contribute to work that makes a real-world impact.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Campaign & PR Coordination: Create content and support logistics for referral campaigns and PR activities, coordinate and share content with publishers and agencies to enhance brand visibility and support lead generation efforts.Sales Event Support: Assist in promoting regional tradeshows and events organized by US sales, helping to drive traffic to our sales booths and facilitate meaningful interactions with our sales teams.Email Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Communication team to plan and implement engaging email content targeted to a professional audience within the life sciences community. Support email and content workflow optimization implementation, streamlining processes for smoother lead management and improved efficiency across campaigns.Marketing Campaigns for Latin America: Support the creation of marketing campaigns and content for the Latin American markets. Reporting and Analysis: Analyze HubSpot data to identify performance gaps and opportunities. Support reporting on marketing campaigns using HubSpot and Google Analytics, offering insights into campaign success and areas for improvement.Other duties as assigned
Contract Length: 6 months (with potential for renewal)
Qualifications Experience in marketing content creationProject management with a focus on content coordination.Proficiency in MS Office SuiteFamiliarity with CRM/Content Marketing Platforms (HubSpot preferred)Experience with Adobe Photoshop is a plusInterest or experience in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field.Languages: Fluent in English; Spanish (or Portuguese) speaking highly preferred. Education/Experience Degree: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or similar.Experience: Minimum of 6 month in a marketing role, with digital marketing management experience.
