Marketing & Communications Assistant
About this role

This design-driven architecture practice is seeking a new Marketing Assistant to join their busy Sydney studio.  The ideal candidate will have generalist marketing experience and knowledge and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with exceptional attention to detail and a graphic eye.

As Marketing Assistant you'll support the Communications Manager with a range of marketing and communications tasks - producing omnichannel content, managing the social media accounts & updating the website, liaising with key figures across the studio to collate project news and details to create PR & communication pieces.   

Key responsibilities

Assist with the coordination & preparation of all marketing related materials on behalf of the studio.  Handle marketing activities which include award submissions, tender support, analytics & reports and coordinating photoshoots, PR & media correspondence, social media campaigns and website updates. Use graphic skills to help prepare submissions, tenders and project proposals, digital marketing material.  Managed social media accounts and post schedules. 
Skills and experience Previous experience in a marketing or graphics position Proficient in Microsoft Office software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently Proficient using InDesign Prior website management experience.
