The Marketing & Communications Intern will assist the Marketing & Communications team in executing various marketing and communication strategies for the hotel, spa, and Food & Beverage outlets. This role focuses on supporting brand messaging, customer engagement, and market presence. The intern will collaborate with different departments to ensure communications align with the brand’s objectives, gaining hands-on experience in the lifestyle and hospitality industry. A passion for creativity and a keen interest in marketing and communications will drive success in this role.This will be a 6-months full-time internship.

Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Marketing & Communications team, covering digital marketing, PR, events, CRM, and social media.Manage the Marketing & Communications database of contacts, including media, brand partners, VIPs, and influencersSupport in setting up suppliers, raising purchase orders, and following up to ensure timely processing and delivery.Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and organize documents.Prepare agendas, media updates, and reports for internal and client meetings.Assist with travel arrangements (transportation/accommodation).Assist in content creation and monitoring across social media platformsAssist with media relations, including coordinating media visits, preparing reports and materials, and responding to media inquiries.Contribute to the creation of press releases, marketing materials, and management of gifting items and collateralSupport team members with ad hoc tasks and special projects as needed to meet deadlines and project goals
