We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Communications Intern to support our CxO B2B events and marketing initiatives at Siemens. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to high-profile events, develop marketing materials, and assist with reference video production. If you have a passion for marketing communications and an interest in the technology or business industry, we’d love to hear from you!

You’ll create impact in the following:

Support B2B event planning, including logistics, venue setup, and attendee coordination. Develop KeyNote presentation materials, including slides, scripts, and visual aids. Assist with the production of reference videos, including scripting, filming, and editing. Organize and maintain a centralized document repository for marketing materials, event resources, and presentation assets. Develop marketing materials such as brochures, social media content, and email campaigns to promote events and initiatives. Assist in crafting communication strategies to enhance visibility and engagement with target audiences. Collaborate with internal teams and perform administrative tasks to ensure event and project success.

Your success is grounded in:

Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Having strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Having the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
