Marketing Communications Internship (Undergraduate)
LOCATION:  Louisville, CO – On-Site  DATES:  MAY 12 to AUG 15, 2025  FULL TIME:  40 Hours Per Week         ABOUT US   Biodesix is a diagnostic solutions company, offering five Medicare-covered tests for patients with lung disease. As part of our summer intern team, you'll gain hands-on experience in our Marketing Department and receive valuable feedback to support your development. At the end of your internship, you'll present your project deliverables to the Executive Team and our department leaders.      INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW  The Marketing Communications Intern will work on various downstream marketing projects, including competitive intelligence, market analysis, marketing material creation, and channel strategy.      SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE Analyze Biodesix marketing materials and channel; compare them to peers/competitors and recommend improvements.  Create new marketing materials to address identified gaps.  Design email marketing campaigns, complete the Q2 Marketing Analytics report (data, growth, trend analysis), and participate in ad design concepting.  Assist with website updates, including design, planning, competitive comparisons, and content.  Conduct market or competitor analysis on company branding, positioning, messaging, and creative elements.  Research Biodesix and competitors across various platforms, including SharePoint, Buzz/Intranet, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others.    REQUIREMENTS & EDUCATION  Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Marketing Communications, Communications, Market Analysis, and/or Strategy.  Basic knowledge of marketing communications.  Understanding of market analysis (SWOT) and market trends.  Strong oral and written communication skills.  Experience in data analytics and/or SEO is a plus.    INTERNS WILL GAIN EXPOSURE TO:  Downstream Marketing & Communications  Market Analysis  Strategy  SEO / Data Analytics    COMPENSATION: Hourly Rate $19.00    DEADLINE TO APPLY: January 10, 2025      Biodesix is an equal opportunity employer.
