Marketing Communications Leader - Ultrasound
As the Marketing Communications (MarCom) and Digital Marketing Leader, you will be responsible for translating the business marketing plans into engagement and digital strategies, defining the deliverables and projects to increase visibility and improve consideration and preference of Philips Ultrasound through valuable content, relatable experiences, optimal digital touchpoints and compelling sales tools while focusing on impact over activity, efficiently managing the MarCom/Digital budget, establishing and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) against targets and adapt based on performance. **Your role:** + **Marketing & Digital:** With team, create annual Marcom/Digital Plan based on the Ultrasound strategic plan and Business Marketing Plan, specifying required marcom and digital strategies, deliverables, projects and budget requirements + **Content Creation and Digital Activation:** Guide the team in planning, creative briefing, development and presentation of messaging and assets across digital and offline channels to support omni-channel campaigns/programs for reputation and awareness, demand generation, and Installed Base engagement + **Team Leadership & Development** : Lead and coach a team of MarCom and Digital specialists, to differentiate Ultrasound and meet business objectives **You're the right fit if:** + You’ve acquired 15+ years of related Marcom/Digital experience + Your skills include Experience in Healthcare or Technology B2C, B2B, B2G Communications strongly preferred. Experience managing vendors and agencies + Bachelor’s degree; preferred Marketing focus; MBA a plus + You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position . + Experience in change management, as it relates to the culture and mind set of a complex organization, including capabilities building, process design, ownership and implementation + Proven track record as (senior) leader in a large global matrix organization with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. The pay range for this position in Bothell, WA is $177,000 to $282,000. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
