As the Marketing Manager, Content, you'll play a crucial role in driving the content strategy to help us educate our global audience with compelling, research-based articles, eBooks and ad creatives that support our lead generation efforts. You'll build the engine that creates awareness of our organization, thought leadership and optimizes paths to conversion for employers and partners worldwide. Together, we'll drive demand, increase brand visibility and encourage meaningful engagement with our target audiences.

 

What you'll do

Write, edit and review content for both long-form and short-form assets, including eBooks, articles, emails and ad creatives Write creative and content briefs for our external partners, copywriters and designers Support the implementation of a content marketing strategy in Global markets Assist in budget tracking and planning for content marketing deliverables Support the creation of content and copy for email nurture campaigns  Help monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities for content, including ads and landing pages Assist in creating performance reports and gathering insights Help maintain campaign calendars, content repositories and documentation



 

Qualifications

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Digital Media or a related field 2-4 years of experience in Content Marketing and Campaigns Hands-on experience with content creation and review Strong attention to detail and copywriting skills Basic understanding of project management platforms such as Monday.com or Asana Ability to work effectively in a team environment Good communication and presentation skills Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Hubspot) is a plus
