To establish an annual and fully integrated communications programme with measurable objectives, strategies and action steps, and monitor progress on a monthly basis.To maximise targeted publicity and coverage of the hotel’s positioning, promotional programmes, corporate image building and other relevant activities.To identify and work with targeted partners such as luxury brands, credit card companies, banks, airlines, charitable organizations, etc. to support the marketing objectives.To ensure all hotel advertising and collateral (local Food and Beverage, Spa, recruitment, etc.) are of consistent high standards, and that they comply with Hyatt brand standards.To closely work with Revenue Manager / Analyst to maximise use of relevant data including customer profile, behaviour, and yield for the planning and evaluation of marketing communications.To promote corporate programmes, Hyatt sub brands and sister hotels.To serve as the Webmaster for hotel’s Webpage and Internet related exposure and advertising, maximise online business, and ensure all information is up-to-date.
