An exciting new role is calling as we seek an experienced Marketing Communications Manager to join our Sales Marketing team. Working closely with a Social Media Content Specialist, Graphic Designer, and supported by a Coordinator, this role will report directly in our talented Director of Marketing Communications.
Located adjacent to Darling Harbour in Sydney's Central Business District. Hyatt Regency Sydney is a haven of relaxation for the business or leisure traveller. As Australia’s largest premium hotel, the hotel boasts 878 guestrooms, multiple dining experiences and event spaces. The hotel offers more than 3,700 sq m of sleek meeting and event space in the heart of the city featuring two spacious ballrooms with views of Darling Harbour and 22 additional meeting rooms.
The Role:
This role will play a key role in the execution of the Hotel marketing communication activities. You will work closely with both, internal and external, stakeholders to maintain and develop Hyatt Regency Sydney's standing in the market. The role will encompass all things Marketing, with exposure to guest engagement, reputation management, public relations storytelling, social media strategising (including strategic partnerships influencer collaborations), creative marketing campaigns, and project management. You will help contribute to our award-winning excellence and promote Hyatt Regency Sydney as the number one place to visit, stay, dine work.
Responsibilities Include:
Managing the PR strategies across Australia, New Zealand Singapore, while proactively supporting PR AgencyChampion our online presence by monitoring and responding to reviews on various platforms and ensuring all collateral and communications adhere to global brand standardsBrief and approve graphic design work to maintain brand consistency qualityOrganise captivating media famils, showcasing our amazing HotelOversee strategy content for social medias, driving audience growth engagementLead the production of stunning photography videography from ideation to executionWrite compelling copy for campaigns, offers FB eventsContribute to award submissions to celebrate our teams' excellenceAssist in developing large-scale projects, such as website launches, digital property initiativesCollaborate with various internal teams to execute stand-out marketing campaignsAssist with coaching development other team members in the Marketing teamOur Ideal Candidate will possess:
