Join a dynamic, growing team that offers healthcare providers an array of medical technology solutions that make a difference in patients’ lives. **Position Summary** The Marketing Communications Manager will own the development of the communication strategy and tactical execution in support of the Latin America Regions overall marketing goals. This role will be responsible for not only the performance of communication tactics and campaigns, but also the internal development processes, management of stakeholders across the organization, and development of the junior member/direct report of the Marketing Communications department. This key role requires the ability to be dynamic while partnering with multiple internal and external stakeholders at all levels, strong attention to detail, a collaborative teamwork approach, and the appropriate measure of professional assertiveness and diplomacy. To be successful in this role, a candidate must be experienced and comfortable with collateral and digital production across marketing channels, partner closely with marketing, sales, CMA, legal, and regulatory to steward their team amidst a highly matrixed organization. **Principal Responsibilities** • **Project Management:** Run the day-to-day execution of initiatives supporting the Latin America sales and marketing team, improving internal processes, and developing solutions to support marketing objectives • **People Management:** Lead the marketing communications direct report(s) with clearly defined goals and objectives, developing the individual(s) to perform at a high level • **Brand and Trademark Management:** Actively protects and promotes the company’s brand and trademarks ensuring consistency to brand standards across all touchpoints and staying true to the company’s core values • **Campaign Development:** Translate product marketing goals into defined marketing communications strategies, and execute through owned and paid media channels including the use of marketing automation tools, A/B testing, and analytics • **Campaign Management:** Evaluate campaigns and tactics in-market for effectiveness and shift resources to maximize ROI • **Data Management:** Perform data analysis including measuring and reporting performance of marketing campaigns and digital activities. Report metrics monthly and hold quarterly review meetings. • **Digital Strategy:** In collaboration with corporate communications team, lead the region digital strategy and execution across various digital channels. • **Communication:** Keep internal and external stakeholders aware of project status and any challenges, support internal communications initiatives, and maintain corporate communications standards • **Marcom Approval:** Lead the marketing communication approval process to facilitate approval of marketing claims, collateral materials, website updates, digital posts, and letters etc. • **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams including individual business units, digital and customer experience teams to align activities for maximum impact and cross-functional visibility. Contribute to the company culture of being collaborative, respectful, transparent, ethical, efficient, high-achieving, and fun! • **Event Management:** Manage and support the design, execution and promotion of tradeshows, webinars and training events • **External Vendors:** Partner with external vendors when needed and manage budget and submitting invoices for payment. **Education / Experience Requirements** • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications or a related field. • 8+ years managing marketing communications initiatives with at least 5 years leading communications strategy development • 3-5 years executing digital marketing campaigns • Experience managing and training junior employees • Project management and/or data analyst experience • 5+ years of Graphic Design and Global Branding **Specialized Skills / Other Requirements** • Proficiency with marketing automation software (HubSpot and Marketo and or Sprinkler a plus) • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite • Proficiency with digital channels (Google, YouTube, Social) • Proficiency with Salesforce lead management and campaigns a plus • Superior communication ability • Superior project management ability (Asana) • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • Familiarity with biomedical device and/or healthcare industry a plus **TRAVEL REQUIRED:** Less than 10% \#LI-LP1 _At Teleflex, we follow a comprehensive hiring process.
