General Summary:
This full-time role, based in Mexico City, will serve as the hospitality and ticketing lead within the global marketing team that manages integrated campaigns, brand partnerships, and activations. This is an opportunity to become part of a fast-paced organization that is planning, executing, and measuring a substantial investment in building Snapdragon as a consumer brand. In this brand-building effort, our major portfolio partners are: Manchester United, Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team, Snapdragon Stadium, and San Diego Padres.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.OR
Associate's degree and 4+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
Working in close collaboration with colleagues around the world, this role will:
Manage ticketing SaaS tool and serve as primary contact for internal stakeholders throughout a global organizationProvide customer support and internal training as needed for ticketing function and serve as the primary POC for the ticketing software vendorCreate project plans under the guidance of brand partnerships and activations leadImplement project plan and regularly reports on statusPerform project management tasks as directed, including monitoring multiple communications channels used by the global team and agenciesSchedule and manage cross-functional planning meetings as required by the project plan, provide meeting notes and act on next stepsExecute and support the company’s required internal review processesInterfaces with external partnership POCs and agency team as required by the project planServes as the primary point of contact for the brand partnerships team with the internal customer experiences/events team and agencyWork schedules may at time need to be adjusted to events taking place in other time zonesSome international travel may be required and would be planned and scheduled in advance.Experience required:
Experience with integrated marketing, sports marketing, sponsorship and hospitality best practices and KPIsDirect experience with industry-standard ticketing management software within a global corporate environmentDirect experience with executive-level hospitality programs within the sports marketing spaceEnglish language fluencyPreferred but not a requirement: Proficiency in other languages, such as ChineseApplicants: Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
