The Marketing Specialist will plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for HID’s Authentication Business Unit within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions sector. This role involves collaborating with HID’s corporate marketing teams to ensure successful execution in alignment with the BU business strategy. The Marketing Specialist will work closely with the digital engagement team, product marketing team, and sales across the Business Unit.

As our Marketing Communications Specialist, you’ll support HID’s success by: 

Developing and executing multi-channel campaign strategies in collaboration with marketing communications, product marketing, digital engagement, and sales teams Reviewing and enhancing nurture and primary email campaigns to improve inbound engagement Coordinating events, tradeshows, and product launches with the corporate event team and product marketing team Analyzing performance of the integrated campaigns (both digital campaigns and events), including engagement metrics, lead quality, and pipeline generation, to increase ROI and quality opportunities Creating and managing new landing pages, social content, webinar presentations, videos, sales templates, and scripts Supporting webpage optimization and recommend keyword and copy improvements Contributing to quarterly and annual strategic campaign plans Handling daily administrative duties, including purchase order and invoice processing Managing daily lead data management and list imports as part of standard processes, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders Maintaining relationships with third-party vendors and external agencies

 

 

Your Experience and Background include:  

 

BA/BS degree in digital marketing, marketing, or marketing communications 2 to 4 years of related marketing experience Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo), project management tools (e.g., Workfront), and budget management tools (e.g., Allocadia) is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently Previous experience in the software or banking and financial services industry is a plus Willingness to travel (>10%) Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas and data clearly in written, presentation, and spoken formats to various audiences Experience in creating and implementing successful promotional campaign content, marketing emails, social content, search marketing, and webpages Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with team members, product management, sales, and customers Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities Enthusiastic about enhancing analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign data Strong understanding and experience with different marketing channels relevant to a B2B business environment Ability to work independently and achieve aggressive program goals
