As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing communication plans for radio and digital marketing campaigns to enhance engagement and drive conversions. You will create compelling content across multiple platforms, including website copy, social media, email marketing, digital ads, and radio scripts, ensuring all messaging aligns with the brand's voice and effectively resonates with the target audience. Managing radio advertising content, you will oversee script development, coordinate with media partners, and track performance to optimize results. Additionally, you will handle the day-to-day management of social media channels, including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.\n
Your role will also involve supporting digital marketing initiatives, including SEO-optimized content, paid social media, and email marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including creative, digital, and marketing departments, to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communication channels. To continuously refine and improve content strategies, you will monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
