Our client is a growing wellness company with two studio locations dedicated to providing a unique yoga experience. As they expand their footprint, they are committed to building a strong, consistent brand voice and deepening community connections. They value creativity, collaboration, and data-driven marketing to enhance customer engagement both online and offline.

Why does this role exist?
Soul Yoga is experiencing rapid growth but currently lacks a unified marketing strategy across its studios. This role was created to centralize and professionalize marketing efforts, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand presence. The Marketing & Community Engagement Coordinator will drive a cohesive, data-informed marketing approach, enhancing brand awareness and fostering strong community partnerships.

The Impact you’ll makeMarketing Strategy & Management\nDevelop and implement monthly marketing action plans aligned with business goals\nManage the marketing and events calendar to ensure timely execution\nTrack, analyze, and report weekly on website and social media performance metrics\n
Content Creation & Design\nProduce marketing collateral including flyers, posters, newsletters, and digital assets\nManage daily social media content — original posts, stories, and community highlights\nCoordinate bi-weekly photo and video shoots to generate fresh content\nDesign new apparel and merchandise monthly to support brand growth\n
Digital Marketing\nUpdate and maintain the website weekly to promote events, offers, and news\nOversee paid digital campaigns including SEO, Google Ads, geofencing, and social ads\n
Community Engagement & Outreach\nCoordinate marketing efforts for all events and workshops hosted by the studios\nBuild and maintain partnerships with relevant local and industry brands\nDistribute promotional materials through targeted digital and physical outreach\n
