\nThe Marketing Consultant with general direction from the Director of Marketing, this position assesses, evaluates, proposes and implements marketing solutions for single functions or products uphold the business strategies and image of Baylor Scott & White Health (BSWH) and its affiliates.
\n\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE
\nResearches, writes, edits and produces publications, reports and/or other special communications for internal and external audiences.
\nDevelops and coordinates implementation of marketing strategies non-clinical products and programs across the System.
\nImplements employee and/or Physician communication strategies across the System.
\nBudgets, schedules and completes marketing and projects to accomplish Marketing strategies.
\nKeeps current with trends in the industry.
\n\nKEY SUCCESS FACTORS
\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point).
\nExceptional analytic skills.
\nExceptional verbal and written communication skills.
\nAbility to reprioritize upon short notice.
