We are looking for a creative and organized Assistant for Content Creation to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is essential in developing and executing content strategies that engage our audience and support the company’s branding and marketing goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital content production and a keen understanding of content trends across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities: Content Creation and Strategy: Assist in developing and executing a content strategy that aligns with the company’s marketing goals and brand identity. Collaborate with the Brand & Communications Manager to plan and manage the editorial calendar to ensure timely publication of content across all platforms. Assist in producing high-quality content for various platforms including websites, social media, and newsletters. Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content that drives traffic and enhances customer engagement. Content Optimization and SEO: Help ensure all content is optimized for SEO to increase visibility and drive organic traffic. Learn to use analytics tools and work with Data Analyst to monitor content performance and make recommendations for content enhancement and optimization. Stay updated with the latest SEO techniques and incorporate them into content production. Social Media and Digital Platforms Management: Assist in managing the company’s social media profiles and digital content platforms. Coordinate with the content production teams to ensure content is engaging, brand-consistent, and optimized for audience interaction. Monitor social media trends and suggest creative ways to attract more customers and promote brand awareness. Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, PR, and sales) to ensure content meets their needs and supports overall marketing strategies. Assist in managing relationships with external content contributors, freelancers, and other vendors. Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative meetings to propose new ideas for content and marketing campaigns. Quality Control and Analytics: Help maintain high content quality by editing and proofreading all content before publication. Analyze content analytics to report on the effectiveness of content strategies and identify areas for improvement. Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.
