YOUR ROLE
The Marketing Content Expert (MCE) is responsible for artwork/Primary packaging & e-content and sit within the Brand Team.
Marketing content is one of the most critical business drivers and impacts the effectiveness of our marketing spend to fuel business growth. As part of it, Primary packaging & e-Content are critical, as they are what every single consumer will see at point-of-sales and hold in their hands when using the products. They are responsible for communicating the product benefits & usage instructions, and importantly meet regulatory standards.
The MCE role will involve responsibility for:
Content translations from English to German
Ensuring holistic marketing content on products online and offline
Ensuring commercial marketing copy and e-content input is delivered on time and without defects.
Leading the e-content development process and assuming project management tasks
Inputting into the artwork development process for artwork project, including feedback and approval, combining artwork planning and artwork copy expert tasks.
Ensuring quality results by conducting thorough gap analysis on a monthly basis and making recommendations for process improvements.
Job Qualifications
YOUR PROFILE
Previous experience in Marketing operations and/or project management roles is preferred.
Commitment to excellence in work outputs and high level of attention to details are required
Personal ownership, accountability and “CAN DO” attitude is a must.
Ability to work autonomously and manage decisions as well as escalation accordingly.
Strong collaboration and leadership skills to work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
Proactively identifies issues and develops solution or recommendations to improve artwork/e-Content quality and speed.
Experience of leading effective meetings, great verbal and written communication skills.
German must me native language
