Specific Duties

To support in managing the website on a content level through a CMS.To write and edit texts for the websites, social media, screens in the lobby, signages, and in-house promotional material in Anantara tone of voice and restaurant tone of voice.To create photography and video content.To assist in the design and monitoring the corporate identity in visual expressions on and offline.To create and support in managing of social media content through our tools.To execute email campaigns.To run outlet related marketing campaigns.To handle influencers’ requests.To attend and assist at press events with the support of the Marketing ManagerTo analyze and interpret statistics (for example: number of clicks, number of visitors, bounce rates, etc.).To respond under the responsibility of the Marketing Manager to daily current affairs inside and outside the hotel through our communication channels.To attend brainstorming sessions.To show passion about creating reels, shooting video, editing reels, advertising, visual communication and passionate about social media, writing.In collaboration with the Marketing Manager, to protect brand image, tone of voice and allow social content direction to be taken from marketing department before posting/reposting.To support marketing team at photoshoots and events.To create content for social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest) and an interest in how brands should participate in an authentic way.To liaise with other departments to ensure that all guest requests are attended to efficiently.

 

General responsibilities

To ensure the hotel achieves the Leading Hotels of the World Quality Assurance targets and that the highest standards of luxury and quality delivered consistently to our guests.To deliver excellent care to our guests.To have an understanding the Hotel’s Vision & Mission statement as communicated to the team.To ensure that areas of responsibility are clean and well maintained and cleaning checklists are adhered to.To report defective materials and equipment to the appropriate Departments.To ensure that the ambience in departments (lights, music and temperature) are controlled.To be vigilant throughout the Hotel to promote security.To have strong product knowledge of all areas of the hotel.To accept a flexible work schedule necessary for uninterrupted service to Hotel guests and to maintain flexibility within teams.To provide support where necessary in other areas of the Hotel.

 

People

To attend appraisal reviews when requested by Head of Department.To understand and comply with the hotel’s employee handbook.To attend departmental daily briefings.To attend monthly departmental meetings/ General Team Meetings, ECCM when required.To adhere to the hotel’s grooming procedures.To clock in and out of the Timepoint at the start and finish of each shift and for breaks. To inform your manager if you did not receive your break entitlement.

QualificationsPrevious experience in a marketing role, ideally within the hospitality industry.Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Creative mind-set with the ability to contribute innovative ideas.Social media savvy with ability to collect creative and engaging content.
