Job Description

Summary

The Marketing Coordinator performs a wide range of marketing support and administrative functions related to the daily operations of the marketing department. This position will assist with various ongoing projects and tasks pertaining to our Aspen and Snowmass properties, as well as certain projects with the corporate Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be organized, creative, and capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall marketing efforts. This position reports to the Vice President of Brand Marketing.

Essential Job Functions

Support website content requests to Digital team and directly execute updates using Sitecore CMS tool, including changing menus and updating images and copyUpdate events calendars on websites and submit events to local sitesAssist with SEO audits and updatesResponsible for Image Relay Library organization and collection creationManage video libraries on Vimeo and YouTube Take meeting minutes and circulate for team membersManage and coordinate invoice submissions, support checkbook managementDistribute promotional materials around hotel properties and throughout Aspen and SnowmassUpdate content for Online Travel Agent sites, travel agency & tour operator sitesCoordinate logistics for media/influencer/VIP stays and amenities with OperationsUpdate InDesign templatesCreate and update PowerPoint presentationsAssist with special events as neededOther duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field1 - 2 years’ experience in Marketing – internship experience considered  Hospitality experience a plus

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office – Word, PPT, ExcelProficient knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign and PhotoshopKnowledge in proofing and copywritingUnderstanding of core marketing concepts and strategies, including digital, print, and social media marketingCompatible personality to be a contributing team playerStrong organization, communication and project coordination skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and multi-taskAbility to manage multiple marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are optimizedAbility to analyze marketing data and metrics to track performanceAbility to quickly adjust to new trends, projects, technologies, and changes in the market landscapeExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with teams and present marketing materials effectivelyFluent in English
