Marketing Coordinator – Brazil

Key Responsibilities:

 

* Sales Collaboration & Enablement:

 

Act as the primary marketing point of contact for the sales team in the region, supporting their efforts through tailored marketing materials, presentations, and other resources. Develop a strong understanding of the regional market to better support sales goals and provide insights for local strategies. Regularly communicate and align with the sales team to ensure marketing initiatives are well-coordinated and impactful.

 

* Campaign Execution:

 

Localize global campaigns to suit the Brazilian market, including translating and adapting content for email marketing, brochures, and other digital assets. Coordinate with global marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels. Manage campaign tracking and performance reporting to measure success and optimize efforts.

 

* Event Coordination & Support:

 

Plan and execute regional trade shows, customer events, and partner activities, including pre-event logistics, on-site support, and post-event follow-up. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery and impactful attendee experiences. Coordinate with vendors to align with timelines and expectations.

 

Qualifications:

 

3+ years of experience in marketing or related field. Bilingual: Fluent in Portuguese and English. Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience with event planning and sales support. Familiarity with email marketing tools and basic knowledge of marketing automation platforms.
