Marketing Coordinator (1-Year Fixed-Term Contract)

What You'll Do:

As our Marketing Coordinator in China, you’ll be responsible for supporting the business development and Criteo’s brand awareness in the country, engaging with our local commercial teams to drive the acquisition and growth of our prospects and clients. You’ll be supporting one of our key markets to help us accelerate our growth journey.

Based in Beijing, you will work closely with China Country Director and commercial teams in China as well as in close partnership with our Global and APAC Marketing Teams, PR Teams and external vendors. You’ll manage both short term tactical projects and long term programs.

Partner with the Country Directors and APAC marketing team to elevate Criteo’s voice in the industry through the brand awareness activities and contents marketing from social media platforms.

Build a good relationship with our potential agency partners, hold the regular marketing events or product training with them to help business growth.

Support sponsored, hosted, and co-marketing events with agencies and partners from planning and logistics to attendance and promotion strategy.

Support and execute diverse, client-focused marketing programs tailored to our key audiences (agencies, brands, retailers), including media sponsorships, on and offline events, and account-based marketing initiatives.

Supporting the execution of marketing campaigns (email marketing, newsletters, social and paid media, webinars), including measurement and metrics. Activate thought leadership content across different platforms.

Localize sales and marketing assets such as: website, sales presentations, conversation guides, whitepapers, videos, infographics, best practice guides, how-to tips/tricks, solution sheets, etc.

Management and execution of regional social media channels.

Who You Are:

2-3 years of experience in general or field marketing role within the B2B space or related industries. AdTech experience would be a plus.

Available for a full-time 1-year contract role with the possibility of having the contract extended

Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals including direct mail, events, ABM, & digital campaigns.

Strong interpersonal skills – with internal and external clients.

Exceptional writing and communication skills.

Experience with Salesforce/Pardot (or another CRM)

Strong project management skills with extreme attention to detail.

You have a genuine Interest in tech space with a desire to understand the AdTech, Retail Media and B2B Marketing, and eager to learn about Criteo and its solutions.

A native-level Mandarin speaker and fluent in English with experience in client-facing content creation/localization.

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with Slack is a plus.

Detail and solution-oriented, with a willingness to contribute fresh ideas to the team.
