Mandate:

Support an always-on, Business-to-Business (BtoB) and Business-to-Customer (BtoC) marketing strategy that raises awareness of Manulife Wealth business offeringsEnd to end management of our marketing intake process and support Wealth business marketing projects and requestsEmploy strong project management discipline to drive marketing efficiency and effectiveness

Key accountabilities:

Support timely execution and delivery of multiple marketing projects in a fast faced environmentMaintain marketing collateral and related digital information on our Wealth websites, social media, and internal collaborative platformsMaintain and update sales tools and presentation decksExecute on deliverables to support sponsorships and eventsContribute to the formulation of timely reports with relevant analysis based on data from various sources, including digital marketing campaignsOversee and manage team’s initiatives listAdministrative tasks as required

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies/Education:

University or college degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or related field of study1 – 3 years’ work experience in a marketing function, or related fieldExcellent communications skills with strong ability to create, compose and edit written materials that are impactful and compellingSkilled in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, MS SharePoint, and other content management systemsA team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interface and work effectively with a wide range of peopleHands-on and proactive; able to work with minimal supervisionCareer oriented with a demonstrated track record of success and drive to succeed
