This is an office-based role. 4 days working in the Hammersmith, London office with 1 day working from home (Monday or Friday).
About the role
What will you do
Creative briefing, development and delivery
Support project leads on the development of master assets, such as key art, full-length trailer and cutdowns. Write clear and inspiring creative briefs, presenting them to internal and external creative teams. Support project leads and take ownership of key areas within paid marketing campaigns, developing creative for key media channels and assisting in the delivery.Support with coordinating cross function plan, ensuring they are delivered on time and are aligned.Asset management
Support creative approval reviews for Original and GE content asset development. Close liaison with Disney+ marketing operations to assist with sourcing and circulating creative assets regionally, as required. Work closely with our research team and manage campaign asset testing process with Kantar.Stakeholder management
Be a key point of contact for all the functions across the business, owning relationships with the likes of consumer products, internal comms and parks, advocating for Disney+ content support.Build, co-ordinate and maintain strong working relationships with local markets, external agencies and partners acting as a key point of contact. Exposure to stakeholders across commissioning and production. Lead weekly status meetings as required.EMEA support
Support select markets from our EMEA region on their local Original marketing campaignsDevelop relationships with markets, provide guidance, best practice and facilitate regional approvalsTeam support
Detailed campaign budget management, raising and tracking purchase orders and managing vendors.Scheduling meetings, circulating and leading agendas and notes as required.Creating various adhoc PowerPoint presentations for your titles as required.Keeping various campaign tracking documents up to date and circulated as required.
