Responsibilities/Qualifications

Drees Homes is seeking candidates for a Marketing Coordinator position in our Raleigh, NC Division.  The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support for the Division Sales team while serving as a liaison between the Sales and Marketing departments. 

 

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Work with the local Sales Manager and Corporate Marketing team to tailor marketing campaigns to specific target marketsCreate and proof promotional flyers, newspaper and magazine ads and direct mail pieces and coordinate with the printerResponsible for scheduling and coordinating marketing and marketing supplies for all model home and sales trailersCoordinate the photography and videos of market homes, model homes, and communities Analyze market trends and customer feedback to recommend adjustmetns to marketing and sales strategiesPrepare detailed reports on marketing campaign performance and sales outcomesManage the launch of all new communities and events in the communities Order marketing items for new models; signage, supplies, furniture, etc. and coordinating all signage is consistent with Drees signage standardsManage inventory levels for customer closing gifts and ensure proper distribution to Market Managers Other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager

Requirements include:

Marketing and administrative office support experienceBachelor Degree in Marketing or related field of study preferred
Strong computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; experience with MLS, Contact Management Software and/or JDE a plusCreative and resourcefulMust be organized, detail-minded and process orientedMust be outgoing, creative, and energeticAbility to work independentlyMust have strong follow-up skills and the ability to multi-taskStrong verbal and written communication skillsPrevious Internet marketing, sales and/or homebuilder experience a plus
