Job Description:

Summary:

The Marketing and Event Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Senior Event Planner to efficiently support the coordination and execution of in-person and virtual events for a large global organization. An ideal candidate is passionate, detail-oriented, possesses exceptional organizational skills, and thrives in a collaborative environment with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Proven ability to develop copy, demonstrate brand voice, & drive consistency across numerous types of content and marketing materials  Ability to support creation of numerous types of content such as whitepapers, infographics, guides, blogs, etc. Proven ability to support the development and editing of presentations, business development projects and other general marketing requests.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in B2B marketingStrong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with event coordination technology and relevant software.Excellent verbal and writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar skills Excellent planning and organizational skills Proficient with Microsoft products such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Proficient with Adobe products such as InDesign and Photoshop
