Marketing Coordinator
Title: Marketing Coordinator Location(s): Various   Position Summary:   Everstream is seeking a versatile, eager-to-learn Marketing Coordinator who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and tackle a wide range of marketing responsibilities. You’ll be a key player on our team, contributing to everything from social media management to content creation and lead assignment as well as plenty in between.   Imagine yourself as a marketing Swiss Army Knife – versatile, capable, and ready to take on any challenge.   Reporting to our Manager of Marketing & Sales Enablement, this role will be instrumental in supporting Everstream's B2B sales organization. Our marketing team is committed to providing the resources and enablement needed to drive sales success for the organization.   Everstream has experienced great growth in recent years, investing more than $1B in expanding its business-only fiber footprint – now nearly 27,000 route miles of fiber spanning 9 states in the Midwest. The marketing organization has transformed in that time as well and is now looking to best-leverage its many tools and resources, in partnership with our sales organization, to continue to grow revenue.   If you’re an energetic marketer with experience in an array of different marketing activities and you enjoy taking on new challenges, then this role is for you.   What you’ll be doing: As Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the marketing team at Everstream. You will collaborate closely with the Events Coordinator and Manager of Marketing & Sales Enablement to assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts. You’ll have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a variety of areas in marketing, while working closely with an experienced team. Your key responsibilities will include: Social Media Management – Under the guidance & oversight of the Manager of Marketing & Sales Enablement, assist in developing, curating, and scheduling engaging social media content across various platforms aligned with the company’s brand and marketing goals. In addition, this role would be responsible for monitoring our channels, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, and fostering positive interactions with our target audience. General Coordination & Support – Support the Everstream sales team(s) by fulfilling sales kits, tube mailers, etc. as needed. Manage transfer of electronic tickets to various events. Manage our online hot store for ordering swag across the organization. Administrative – Responsible for expense reporting as it relates to the marketing credit card spend, create and manage PO’s, submit/manage invoices. Responsible for updating marketing metrics, such as the weekly marketing scorecard, creating Salesforce campaigns as needed, etc. Assist with theSTREAM, our internal SharePoint site, EverSTAR nominations, our monthly employee recognition program, and All-Hands suggestions. Marketing Lead Management – Internal distribution of inbound website leads to corresponding sales leaders. Creation of leads based on our network map usage. Communication and follow up with sales leaders on leads assigned. Assisting sales teams with tools for optimizing lead conversion Content creation – Under the guidance & oversight of the Manager of Marketing & Sales Enablement, assisting in the creation of engaging content across various mediums, including blog posts, website content, email marketing, and for social media. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be comfortable wearing multiple hats and adapting to changing priorities. Ideal candidates will have a willingness and interest to learn new skills. This role is an excellent opportunity to learn a lot and make an immediate impact to the organization.   Requirements: ·        Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Business Administration, or related field ·        0-2 years’ marketing experience (recent graduates are welcome to apply) ·        Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel ·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills ·        Strong project management skills ·        Social media marketing, specifically LinkedIn ·        Prior experience with copywriting   Preferred Qualifications:   ·        Prior experience in a marketing support and/or coordination role ·        Some knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and email marketing ·        Prior use of tools like ZoomInfo, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, ·        Some graphic design experience, such as comfortability with tools like Canva/Adobe Suite ·        Some CSM experience, especially WordPress ·        Experience with Customer Relationship Management software, such as Salesforce & Pardot ·        Prior experience in technology industry – telecom experience is a plus     Benefits:  Everstream Solutions LLC offers competitive compensation as well as a generous employee benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance policies.
