Description Job Summary: The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at promoting our company’s commercial and industrial facilities. Duties/Responsibilities: · Manage marketing activities and oversee corporate branding efforts to maintain consistent brand identity across all departments and platforms. · Lead the management of the company’s LinkedIn presence by gathering content, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement and analyzing performance. · Prepare and create marketing materials (property flyers, property signs, swag) · Collaborate with internal team members to design and produce marketing collateral such as property flyers, signage and promotional materials. · Draft and distribute press releases to relevant media outlets, ensuring accurate and timely communication. · Regularly update the company website, ensuring content is current and aligned with ongoing marketing campaigns. · Plan and organize company events · Collaborate across departments to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives Requirements MUST HAVE REAL ESTATE BACKGROUND! Qualification and Required Skills/Abilities: · The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, proactive problem solver with superb written, organizational and communication skills, and strong attention to detail. · Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, as well as design and marketing tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Hootsuite, Canva and KEAP. · Skilled in project management with the ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously. · Highly service-oriented individual with the ability to work under pressure individually or as part of a team to meet deadlines. Education and Experience: · Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field · 3-5 years of experience in Marketing with a proven track record of success · Real estate industry related experience preferred.
