Marketing Coordinators are responsible for planning, writing and implementing a wide variety of marketing communications while assisting on various campaigns and activities for both internal and external audiences.

Understand and promote brand image and identityUnderstand target audience – internal and externalWrite, edit and produce content for various employee communication medias (company news, quarterly newsletter, digital communication boards, employee app)Create, deploy and manage content on digital communication boardsAssist in various marketing campaigns, logistics and department initiativesPlan and create content (copy and visuals) for social mediaManage suppliers with regard to quality, deadlines and budgetAssist internal departments like sales, safety, employee relations and operationsContinuously improve processes and knowledge Qualifications Degree in Marketing, Communications or similarStrong writing and editing skillsStrong verbal communication skillsExcellent knowledge of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience in social media Ability to work in both a team environment and independentlyWork experience in Marketing and/or CommunicationsKnowledge of Google platforms Benefits Stable and growing organizationCompetitive weekly payProfessional, positive and people-centered work environmentModern facilitiesComprehensive benefits package: Health, Dental, Vision, AD&D, 401(k), etc.Paid holidays (8); paid vacation and personal days
