As we continue to grow our presence and campuses throughout the country, we are expanding our Marketing Department and are in need of an all-star Marketing Coordinator at our corporate headquarters located in Parsippany, NJ. You will support our senior-level marketing manager/director on various marketing initiatives for our campuses. Responsibilities + Maintain and update campus start and event calendars + Follow-up on creative approvals for numerous campus-related marketing pieces + Track creative assignments within our internal creative services group + Organize creative library & testimonial archives + Communicate with vendors, campuses & internal departments + Assist with invoice and purchase order processing + Research and learn different marketing technologies + Participate in creative aspects of the marketing department + Maintain promo item, collateral and signage inventory + Provide administrative support to senior marketing staff and team as needed + Help organize and attend events/ trade shows Requirements + Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field + 2+ years of experience in a Marketing Coordinator or similar role + Ability to communicate effectively + Highly organized and detail-oriented + Able to multi-task + Strong time management skills + Strong conceptual skills + Ability to produce reports and correspondence + Proficiency in MS Office Systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Full-Time Benefits + Medical, Dental, Vision + Life and Disability Insurance + 401(k) with Company Match + Paid Time Off and Holidays + Growth Opportunities About Us For over 75 years Lincoln Tech has been one of the nation's leading providers of career training in Healthcare, Automotive/Diesel, Skilled Trades, Information Technology, Cosmetology, and Culinary Arts.
