To succeed in this role, you need the ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment with strong attention to detail; excellent prioritization and time management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; the ability to follow through on assigned tasks with limited supervision; and a strong spirit of teamwork and outstanding collaborative interpersonal skills.

In the role of Marketing Coordinator, we'll count on you to:Act as a Proposal Specialist to manage proposal process from start to finish.Work with Marketing, Project Managers, and technical staff to plan, prepare, write, design, and produce all proposal and presentation materials for potential clientsLead the development of interview presentation materials, including supporting the preparation for virtual interviews, and coach team.Write and maintain project profiles for all current and past projects.Prepare and update resumes for all staff members.Track and maintain marketing information to populate company data systems: pursuit and contract information, photography, resumes, project profiles, references, etc.Communicate and collaborate with marketing staff in other offices as well as corporate marketing.Coordinate conference attendance and sponsorships.Attend industry and client events as needed.Assist with gathering market research.Maintain and enforce company brand standards and quality control procedures.Assist in development of local marketing plans, market analysis and business development.Work with internal Client Managers and Teams in the development of marketing strategies, client development plans, and pursuit capture planning.Participate in SMPS, WTS and other professional organizations as appropriate.Perform other duties as neededPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Communications, or Journalism or a combination of education and relevant experiencePrevious experience in the A/E industry strongly desired.Technical understanding of the proposal production process for professional servicesProven written and verbal communication skills.Proven organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasksHighly articulate, have a clear and analytical approach to problem solving, and good decision-making abilities

Required Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign
