About the role:
Acting as the conduit between internal clients and the department, this role supports the planning and the hands-on delivery of a wide spectrum of Marketing activities as per business, regional and corporate-focused strategies – to be carried out within budget and while maintaining internal service levels (quality, efficiency, clarity and prompt turnarounds) from the team. In addition, and working in tandem with our comms team, the role will have a strong focus on the development of our corporate brand across multiple platforms (from print to digital). Therefore, ensuring seamless interactions - not only with internal clients, but also with our tech teams (for website and Company intranet), and any third parties (such as designers) - is essential.
Providing direct support and reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role sits alongside other Marketing coordinators and assistants, providing support where needed to ensure the team is on track in achieving our objectives, our standards are maintained, and our international and corporate goals achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the latest company brand guidelines Provide templates and assets to the team for distribution to marketing and comms stakeholders Set up good practices for brand harmonisation across all platforms Brochureware, Presentation, and Video production (with the aid of designers) as well as on-brand document production and formatting Adapt the company website in line with business needs Develop and maintain the company intranet (along with internal stakeholder needs) Create / supervise the maintenance of our branded collateral, PowerPoint and video libraries Aid in the creation of cohesive marketing plans per region or business area Collaborate with the comms team to produce branded and compelling insight pieces Organise some large- and small-scale hospitality events / Internal events Organise some market conferences/ sponsorship participations / exhibitions: hands-on coordination, including price negotiations, contracts, stand purpose, design, foot traffic analysis, collating of pre and post intelligence, production of pre and post promotions and internal reporting post event. Email marketing pieces Xmas promotional coordination and other promotional direct (e)-mailings and efforts Maintain a well-organised client database Collaboration on other projects as they enter the department Marketing research when pertinent
Skills And Competencies Required:
Marketing or Communications degree or equivalent Fluent in English and Spanish, any other language would be an asset Minimum 5 years hands-on marketing coordination experience, ideally in a corporate environment Experience with Adobe suite (For design – video would also be an asset), Experience with website CMS systems such as Sitecore and Umbraco / some html experience, marketing e-mailing platforms, and SharePoint. High degree of user proficiency with traditional Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.) and Office 365 (Teams, Engage, Planner, etc.) Superior document production and formatting skills (redlining and managing revisions) Effective collaboration skills and diplomatic approach Exceptional prioritisation, organisation and time management skills Superior ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines Quick and precise eye for detail Common sense approach Enjoy working in an international environment Team player Availability for travel
Skills And Competencies Preferred:
In addition to Spanish and English: French, Italian or German language skills Web design + SEO experience Low level design and video editing skills B2B industry experience
